To request a review from your client about your work, just follow these steps.
Web App
- Tap on “Settings”
- Under the “Company” tab
- Tap on “Customer Reviews”
- Tap on “Request a Review”
Note: You will only see those clients under the “Request a Review” tab who have paid invoices, you have marked them as paid but have not written a review for you.
iOS/Android
- Tap on “Settings”
- Under the “Company” tab
- Tap on “Customer Reviews”
- Tap on “Request Reviews”
You will find the list of the customer(s) who have paid invoices, you have marked them as paid invoices but haven’t reviewed your work.
