To delete your InvoiceOwl account, please contact our support team directly at support@invoiceowl.com.
Before requesting deletion, keep in mind:
- Any active subscription will need to be canceled first. Go to Settings > Plan & Billing to manage your subscription.
- All your data (invoices, quotes, clients, etc.) will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
If you just want to sign out of your account:
- Click Settings in the left sidebar.
- Scroll down to the Account section at the bottom.
- Click Sign out.
On the Mobile App
Account deletion is not available directly in the app. Contact support@invoiceowl.com to request account deletion.
To log out of the app:
- Tap the More tab (bottom right).
- Scroll down and tap Log Out.
